Free services include Hepatitis B & C blood tests, blood sugar and blood pressure checks, consultations with family physicians (adults and children) and orthopedic & pain management physicians, listening and prayer, plus help with benefits, Food Stamps, Medicaid, and life insurance information. No insurance or church membership required.
